Pie bakers help!!       11/26/03 11:34 AM Edit Reply Quote rlan Reged: 06/05/03 Posts: 161 Ok, there has been lots of talk bet. the graham cracker crust and the pastry crust. My question (besides which one is better) I how do you make the pie. I have never made a pie and I was wondering b/c I'm combining two recipes what I should do. Should I make the crust, cook it and then fill it and bake again or do I just put it all in at once and bake according to the pumpkin pie directions?
