Smoky Eggplant hummus - Heather's book       11/24/06 02:11 PM Edit Reply Quote feelinggood Reged: 09/11/06 Posts: 745 Hi, I made the Smoky Eggplant Hummus from Heather EFIBS book. I pureed it quite a long time and I still do see some /few specks of eggplant seeds - not whole seeds but specks. Does this happen - I could not get it completely speck free - I am very anxious to try it as I really need a good hummus recipe but want to check and make sure that other people find the same as I do with the specks?
