I got this off the Edensoy box, but it is SO easy for breakfast -- you just mix equal parts of oats and soy milk (I do 1/2 c. of each, which is more than enough), and some dried fruit and let it sit in the fridge over night. In the morning, I add cinnamon, brown sugar, and some crushed pecans. 1 minute in the microwave. And it is SO much better than the instant packets.
