Cranberry orange dip (from PENZEY’S)
1/4c craisins
1/4c pecans, chopped
8oz soy cream cheese
1/2t orange peel
3T orange juice
dash cinnamon
dash vanilla
Mix well. Chill.
serve with apple wedges, bagel chips or crackers

Crab dip
12 oz soy cream cheese
1 can drained crab 6 oz
about 1c hot salsa (must be hot; the soy cream cheese saps flavor!)
heat cream cheese in microwave and stir until smooth. Add crab and salsa to taste, pinch of salt if desired. Serve with baked tortilla chips such as baked scoops. Dip is best served hot.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
