I think last time I made it, I spritzed the crust with non-stick spray before baking. I think I saw Heather do that on Heather Cooks once, and that's where I got the idea from. I also do this for the breads with the crumb toppings (like apple spice bread) and it helps keep the topping from falling off when you take it out of the pan.
