I've made this so many times now and everytime it's so good. Some changes I make: -3tbsp of oil instead of 4 -no thyme (I always forget) -no salt (the artichokes add a salty enough taste for me) -no lemon slices unless company is over -cut up the chicken into small 1/2 inch cubes, throw in chicken, artichokes and dressing and simmer about 10 mins open in the pan until chicken is cooked
