Orzo is a pasta shape not a grain or rice. It is pasta shaped like rice and so any pasta recipe can be made with it. I like to use a safe low fat italian dressing and throw in cherry tomatoes, zucchini, black olives, artichoke hearts and that kind of thing. It is used a lot in Greek dishes.
