Flavouring tofu       10/03/06 03:23 PM Edit Reply Quote Syl Reged: 03/13/05 Posts: 5499 Loc: SK, CANADA I would like to introduce tofu into my diet but I don't like the taste. When I lived in the UK I bought some tofu cubes that were flavoured throughout. I have tried a number of ways to flavour tofu using a variety of marinades but nothing seems to penetrate into the core of the pieces.
