I didn't like other flavors, but the plain tofutti tasted so close to real cream cheese that I use it every morning on a small bagel with grape jelly or honey. It is delicious. And I am an excellent cook with a very particular palate. I don't usually like substitutions of anything. I hate fake vanilla in mix cakes or puddings,so I always make my own cakes and puddings or add real vanilla to an angel food cake mix. I have also discovered rice milk.
