reduced-fat Bisquick recipe

You can find powdered soy milk -- but the fat in this recipe is going to be way too high. Not only is 2 cups of shortening too much, but powdered soy milk is usually 25-50% calories from fat.

Here's a lower-fat recipe. I bookmarked this recipe ages ago but haven't tried it yet:

Reduced-Fat Biscuit Mix

This is also a lot cheaper (powdered soy milk is expensive). If anyone tries it, let me know how it turns out.

(Although it doesn't say so in the recipe, I would store this in the refrigerator.)
