I found this in my better homes cookbook.
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup canola oil
6 tablespoons cold (rice or soy) milk

In a mixing bowl stir together flour and salt. Pour cooking oil and cold milk into a measuring cup(do not stir) add all at once into flour mixture. Stir lightly with a fork. Form into 2 balls, flatten slighlty with hands.
Cut waxed paper into four 12 inch squares. Place each ball of dough between 2 squares of paper. Roll ea ball of dough int a circle to edges of paper. ( Dampen work surface with a little water to prevent papaer from slipping.) Peel off top paper and fit dough, paper side up, into pie plate. Remove paper. Prick side and bottom with a fork. Bake in 450 degress for 10-12 mins or golden brown. Makes two 9 inch pie crusts. cool on rack. Enjoy with your favorite pie recipe.
