Man, there's a lot of reasons why a cake sinks. It could be any number of them. I *think* this may be the reason.

I was always under the impression everything should be rotated halfway through baking....now I know not to open the oven while baking a cake. If that doesnt work, then I'll try checking the temperature of the oven. I learned a lot of things from that site, thanks again!
