Try a calling a couple Health Food/Natural Food Stores near you. Another place you might try is a Bulk Foods Store--they're full of all kinds of neat finds & savings. Ironically, I just bought an air popcorn maker for when I get daring and the craving arises. Did you know that most low fat/fat free Microwave popcorns contain milk? Ugh...no wonder I can't make it to the toilet fast enough, lol. Popcorn is pretty high IF, so be sure to have a solid SF base before daring to indulge. I too have heard that hull-less popcorn is more gentle on the system, or at least the teeth. Maybe it's something about summer that is making me crave corn like crazy. Kate, IBS-D.
