I found this on Bob's Redmill's site. He has recipes that you can search for using specific ingredients. He's even been so thoughtful to include a Low Fat sub category. Bob's Redmill

Oatrim, a white flour-like product, is an all natural, fat-replacing carbohydrate extracted from whole oats with no artificial ingredients added. Reduce the calories and fat in your favorite bread, muffin, cake, or cookie recipe by replacing 50% of the fat with Oatrim while maintaining the taste and texture of the full-fat versions. You can also use Oatrim in sauces, gravies, salad dressings, and fruit drinks as a thickener. Oatrim is rich in beta glucan, the cholesterol-lowering ingredient in oat bran.
