I index mine in files under specific groups like chicken breasts or salads or cookies. I used to list these on paper but now I have them in spreadsheets. I list the recipe and where it is from and any other information I need. I put already printed out recipes in marked organized folders or I keep the cook books and magazines on a book shelf. Having the internet really screwed up my system because countless recipes are available at any time!
I also keep a short list each season of recipes to use for sure and I mark some recipes with stars or highlight or whatever.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
