I do use the food processor for all my chopping. I just meant that it's still a little more time-consuming than a simple potato salad - especially the way Adam and his family like their potato salad, where the potatoes are mashed coarsely instead of chopped. Yeah, picking the parsley off the stems is what takes forever, and I usually don't have anyone else to pawn the job off on.
