As Dr. Phil always says, how's that workin' for ya? I know that you are very scared, but it seems like you recognize that you need to do things differently in order to feel better (for example, you always ask for suggestions), but then you're afraid to implement the suggestions. Why? Are you feeling so good right now that you don't want to mess it up? I'm pretty sure the answer to that one is no, right babe? So if you're already feeling like crap, you might as well pull out all the stops and try every new scary thing, like spinach, and blueberries, and potatoes with the skins on (and hypno ...). If what you're doing right now is not working, then you have no reason not to try something new -- especially because Heather has emphasized that Cs need to incorporate as much IF as humanly possible. So, be brave and give it a try. We're rooting for you!
