As for the rest of the sauce, it's hard to tell without seeing the actual recipe! Is it a tomato sauce with no cheese in it? My experience is that sometimes I can handle tomato sauces and sometimes, I can't. However, I can usually tell if it's a tomato sauce day or not. I am stable now, so it's rarely a problem, but most of last year, tomato sauce was a bad idea. This is just my experience. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
