I have to admit though that I "cheated" and used boneless skinless thighs instead, but I did fine and I'm thrilled! But I'm sure it would be great with the breasts as well. I loved the "creaminess" of the sauce....YUM!!!
Lunch leftovers were great also. I put the rest in the freezer for a dinner for next week.
