Hey everyone - don't know where exactly to post this, but I thought it might be interesting to some people.
I'm planning my wedding in Chicago, IL, and I needed a wedding cake. Most places refused to even try to help with an IBS-safe cake, but Bittersweet bakery turned out to be fabulous. They've got a chocolate cake with raspberry filling and chocolate ganache that's totally IBS safe (completely egg-free and daiy-free). It's yummy, too, and I know I'll end up eating way too much of it.
So, if anyone ever needs a special occasion cake in Chicago, check out Bittersweet. I'm really happy with them!
