I should have baked a little longer. I baked in a glass 9x13 inch pan and it did rise a bit higher in the middle. so I didn't cook it long be cause the edges were to brown. Baked for 22 minutes. Next time longer. Maybe until top is browner. but they are tasty. I am sending most of them with my daughter to Univ.so I'm sure some one will eat them. PS. I wasn't sure about banana and choc. chips but not bad next time though maybe a little less on the chips. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
