Doh... I did the recipe from Eating for IBS, and cooked them on brown paper as directed. I was a bit cautious, thought it would stick, and that maybe I should use greaseproof paper instead. But no, dumb-ass here followed it to the letter, and now has a batch of (admittedly gorgeous!) angel kisses completely stuck to the brown paper! Def greaseproof paper next time.
