Mike - I have a Banana Granola Bread. We'll have to do some substituting because it has whole wheat flour in it, plus granola and dry milk. Are any of these triggers for you:

whole wheat
dairy (milk)
granola

We could probably substitute white flour for the whole wheat and grind up the granola in a food processor before adding it.

If you're looking for a really sweet banana bread, this one has only 1/4 cup of molasses. But it does have 1/2 cup of mashed bananas and 1/3 cup of banana chips.

Your choice. Let me know.

Sharon
