Try this. It's high fat so only use a bit as a topping. I found it on a cooking website but I can't remember which one. And I actually use about 3/4 a cup of canola oil. Soy Whipped Cream Ingredients: • 1/4 cup vegan soy milk • 1/2 cup Oil • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions: Place soymilk and 1/4 Cup oil in blender. Blend at highest speed and slowly drizzle in remaining 1/4 cup oil. Blend in syrup and vanilla, add a little more oil if necessary to thicken. There will be enough to top 1 pie!! NOTE: RECIPE DOES NOT WORK WELL ON DAMP RAINY DAYS!!!
