hi
i dont know if this was posted before-
i get prune juice, which i cannot drink plain, and freeze it in ice cube trays, pop out the cubes and keep a freezer bag full of them

i add one or two cubes to the water that i cook my oatmeal in (this adds an almost maple flavor, its really good)

i also add them to any yogurt smoothie i am making or other blender breakfast drinks

like many others, i vary the fruits i use- bananas, berries, etc
i do use regular yogurt and non fat milk but if you have a problem with those, you can probably substitute the soy yogurt and soy or rice milk.

i always use plain yogurt, not the flavored because those have so much sugar in them
i like to control what sweeteners go into my drinks.

if i am using raspberries and the drink is not as sweet as i would like, i add some seedless raspberry all fruit spread-
same with other fruits
the all fruit spreads are sweetened with fruit juice, and have the added benefit of pectin, another soluble fiber source.

well thats my secret ingredient- frz prune juice cubes! they are naturally sweet
;-)
