Since I'm fairly new to IBS (8 monts now) I'm still not sure about certain foods, especially from a can because of the preserv. and possible MSG. I'm still in the somewhat "scared stage" I guess =o) So tuna in water from a can is safe for us?? Which brand do you recommend?/ as gfar as cheese, I've had a hard time finding a safe one because some contain "casine" which conatin milk I understand, so I'm afraid to buy it. I hear Casmine is ok for some...but I don't know if it's ok for me..I'm afraid to even try. Any advice?? =o) Thanks for your help. You guys on here are so great and helpful.
