I always get it shaved so it's especially tasty on a fresh roll. Then you could pretty much add anything that is safe for you...I personally just eat turkey on french bread, but I know I'm strange! I would just say stick to fresh deli meats (not the prepackaged stufF) and make sure there is no MSG. I'm sorry you haven't had luck lately...I hope you find something that works for you!
