Re: Cookies from cake mix Recipe       02/19/06 12:26 PM Edit Reply Quote LivsMama Reged: 01/20/06 Posts: 19 Loc: Coastal South Carolina Here is my recipe: 1 Cake Mix 1 container egg substitute(equivalent to 2 eggs) 1/2 c applesauce Mix everything together, drop in balls on cookie sheet, bake at 350 degrees 8-10 minutes.
