I have discovered Life cereal is safe now. It doesn't contain HFCS and has oats and corn before whole grain wheat. there are 2 grams of fiber but it doesn't list what kind. I find it is very filling and holds off hunger really well.
"Wheat" buns and breads. When looking for buns and breads you might be surprised that the ones labeled wheat may have whole wheat flour listed last. I have been buying store bakery wheat dollar buns and they have no HFCS and the whole wheat is listed well after other ingredients. (When I bake I often put part whole wheat flour in and so I am fine with it.)
Frosting: this is a touchy one but the frosting I had, Creamy White, was dairy and HFCS free. It has 140 cals and 5 grams fat but a thin smear might be safe on cake with other food.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
