I don't use a bundt pan, either -- I always use a 13x9 cake pan or two 9x5 loaf pans, depending on the recipe.
Technically, when you sub cake pans, you should actually go by cups. I have no idea how many cups a bundt pan is versus a 13x9 cake pan. If you know how many cups your batter is (which, sad to say, most recipes don't give unless it's for wedding cakes), you can measure that many cups of water into the pan to get an idea of how suitable the pan is. I've done this before with my weird-shaped pans (star, heart, etc.) when I don't want to overflow the pan or end up with a super-flat cake.
