Got an Angel Food Cake Pan?

Snorkie, if you don't have an angel food cake pan, I would substitute a one-layer cake pan, especially if it's 10". However, I think bundt cakes are the best; they're a fun size, cook evenly throughout (because of the "hole") and fun to cut up (and eat of course).

I got my bundt cake pan at the Salvation Army thrift shop for a buck. It's worth the investment. Treat yourself.
