I went to the King Arthur Flour Co link from here (Thanks!) and found these great molds and a recipe for homemade animal crackers. When it got here, I saw that it needed some things I wasn't sure how to substitute to make IBS safe. I was hoping you guys could help. Here's the recipe:

1 1/4 cup King Arthur Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup oat flour or finely ground rolled oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup malted milk pwder ???? (what could I sub)
1 tsp baking pwdr
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter,soft (soy marg/smart balance light)
2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp lemon oil or 1 tsp lemon zest
3 tbsp corn syrup

Preheat to 350 degrees. In a food processor or medium sized bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add the soft butter and pulse or mix until crumbly. Add the flavorings and corn syrup and process or stir just until the dough comes together. Add 1 tbsp of water if needed to make the dough cohesive.
