butter substitute?       01/15/06 07:44 AM Edit Reply Quote tmwalker Reged: 01/15/06 Posts: 1 I am very new to this way of eating....was use to the low carb diet(s) and almost never ate potatoes. Now that I'm going to try and introduce white AND sweet what is a good butter substitute? I can't see eating them dry--even with fat free sour cream and/or fat free cheese? Any suggestions?
