Gee, thanks! What nice things to say!
I just know that -- for me -- life is too short not to have dessert. I saw a dietician on TV recently commenting about the reasons diets fail: we deprive ourselves of things we love until we can't stand it any longer, then we "blow it all" by pigging out, then feel like failures, and end up quitting.
If your mom has a sweet tooth like me, I'd encourage her to try a few WW dessert recipes, MEASURING THE INGREDIENTS to the letter! Just one choco chip cookie totally satisfies my craving, and I never feel deprived. This program is SOOOO do-able, I have no excuse for not starting on it sooner!
Thanks again for the confidence boost. Your mom is lucky to have someone like you as a daughter; how could she possibly fail on the program, with such terrific support!?
