Oh please do keep us posted. There are a few Celiacs that do not test positive on the biopsy or the blood tests, yet they get well on a strict GF diet. Go figured. There is still yet so much to be learned about Celiac Disease.
I feel your frustration and agree that at this point it would be a relief to get a positive diagnosis of CD.
