"Cellophane" Noodles? Anyone?       01/11/06 05:24 PM Edit Reply Quote Bevvy Reged: 11/04/03 Posts: 5918 Loc: Northwest Washington State What the heck are these things? Anyone know? I want to make a new chicken and pasta dish, and the recipe calls for "cellophane" noodles. I don't think I've ever had them. Are they oriental? I don't like Chinese food, so if they're oriental, I need a substitution. Anyone got any suggestions?
