Sweet potato "butter"       01/10/06 05:36 PM Edit Reply Quote Snow for Sarala Reged: 03/12/03 Posts: 5430 Loc: West Coast, USA I used butternut squash (seemed to make me hurt ) over the weekend as a "spaghetti sauce" Perhaps I could use a sweet potato puree that way...what a great idea! I could also use it to spread on bread...hadn't thought of that! Thanks Rachel...keep thinking...we're getting me more to eat!!
