Yipeee!!! Sorry - have been dying for one. I make bread - the hard way - evety week. Anyway, have some questions about the flour. All the recipes I see ask for cake flour - is that something we can have? I always use all purpose, unbleached white flour...I am guessing that is not the same. What are the differences?
