You tend to know everything,

I just about fell off my chair lauging!
I like Klondike Rose. They are a boiling kind of potato which means they are more moist/oily than fluffy/dry. They are very similar to yukon golds but I think better. The flesh is gold and buttery and the skin is very thin and pink. So they would be like red potatoes and good to steam. I like to slice them very thin with the peel on and bake them in a covered casserole with salt, herbs (like rosemary or thyme) and butter spray/pat of margarine. They cook very fast this way. My husband doesn't want any other kind of potatoes but these slicers with either the red/pink potatoes I grow or the klondike rose. I hope you like them!

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
