I won't presume that you do, however perhaps you may attempt to answer my question about these specific potato. What do they taste like? Are they bland? I prefer my potatoes steamed. I am not especially fond of the mini white potatoes that I'm finally nearly finished--they are redeemable by herbs, etc. thank goodness! I recall enjoying Yukon Golds. I didn't like the texture of Russets (I hate dry stuff). I do love red potatoes (especially miniatures!) & adore purple ones! However I'm really curious about this type. I guess, I'm curious about them. They look kind of funky. I wish I could find those purple ones in the store!!! However, they just are not available. Thanks, Kate.
