The one I use most was sold at my church about 10 years ago, and I think they just had a small book binding place do it. But, I can reccommend the middle eastern cooking bible. Everyone I know swears by: The Art of Syrian Cookery: A Culinary Trip to the Land of Bible History-Syria and Lebanon (Paperback) by Helen Corey
Check it out on Amazon.com. Most of my mother's recipes come from a combination of this book and my grandmother's tricks.
