I made these yesterday. They taste like real Euro-bread. they are not sweet so add more honey if that is what you want. I like them the way they are. It is not cinnamon raisin bread but chewy old world bread. Don't forget to add the salt. I had to try to knead mine in! BTW I made this in the standmixer, for 5 minutes or so and it had a nice texture and felt just right. Be careful the bottom doesn't get too brown.
