I made one of Jamie Oliver's once. Man that is a British sort of thing. I will go get the recipe...
Fry some onion and carrot in a little olive oil and then add some soy milk about 1 1/4cups, bring to a boil. remove from heat. Add some mustard, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper and (cheese). In an earthenware dish, put 1lb haddock or other white fish cut into pieces, steamed and squeezed spinach and hardboiled eggs, cut up. Pour over the veggies and milk. Top with mashed potatoes with a little nutmeg. Place in hot oven (250C I think) for 30 minutes.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
