I made one of Jamie Oliver's once. Man that is a British sort of thing. I will go get the recipe...
Fry some onion and carrot in a little olive oil and then add some soy milk about 1 1/4cups, bring to a boil. remove from heat. Add some mustard, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper and (cheese). In an earthenware dish, put 1lb haddock or other white fish cut into pieces, steamed and squeezed spinach and hardboiled eggs, cut up. Pour over the veggies and milk. Top with mashed potatoes with a little nutmeg. Place in hot oven (250C I think) for 30 minutes.
