STOP!!! LOL J/K Hey, if you can do it, I envy you.  Don't tell anyone, but I actually ate a filet mignon a couple of weeks ago....I thought I'd died and gone to heaven.  Of course Mike took a pic of me eating it...he always likes to catch me when I'm bad! LOL
BTW, I made your lentil soup the weekend before Thanksgiving. I actually doubled it. It came out very good, but I didn't think as good as the first time I made it. I think my merlot wasn't as good this time, that's why. But, I've got a ton of it! I gave some to Mike's friend, Mike's parents, Mike's aunt, my dad, and of course we had some. Plus I have four freezer bags of it for later! That was a big pot of soup!  Oh, and everyone I gave it to that I spoke to so far loved it! Mike's friend actually called me on the phone to thank me. And, I'd given him enough to have more than one serving, but he liked it so much he ate it all at once.  Just thought you'd like to know that.
