Re: Holy moly that pie was devine       11/25/05 11:51 AM Edit Reply Quote JonnaP Reged: 11/03/05 Posts: 55 Loc: Kentucky In consulting the genius cooks in my family (my aunt is a whiz with pies, and mom, well, she's mom - she knows all), we came to the conclusion that an additional egg white (or two) could help thicken the pie. I also stuck the thing in the oven for another 10-15 minutes once we got to mom's, and it thickened up more after that, and then even more so once it was in the fridge. -------------------- Jonna, IBS-D Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
