They are really good. The cheddar doesn't have the sharpness (I liked extra sharp cheddar), but it is still good. And they melt great!

I like to make Baked Mozzarella Sticks with the mozzarella ones. And the mozzarealla is good on a sandwich, on crackers, and shredded on no-cheese pizza. Hubby had it as a grilled cheese the other night and said it was very good.

I've just recently started using the cheddar. So far the Baked Mac & Cheese was awesome! And, I've also had it on crackers. My next experiment is going to be melted in a tortilla like a quesadilla.
