Since then, I substitute the soy bleu cheese dressing for light ranch dressing (yes, it does contain milk but the amount is so small), and I like to add 1/4 tsp ground chipotle pepper for a hint of heat. It holds up great for several hours out. I have even thrown the leftovers in a tupperware and thrown it in the fridge and eaten it the next day. Still crunchy and yummy. Oh, yeah, and when you make it, make sure you stir it REALLY well (but gently) between microwaving. It needs time for moisture to escape for it to dry out. -------------------- Formerly HanSolo.
