The soup is good, I like it with big ginger pieces and soy sauce. I added scallions, bell peppers, and carrots. I did 1 1/2 times the rice and water including one can of broth and 2 turkey wings. DH thought it was ok but he doesn't like comfort food you know. I am going to freeze the leftovers and will see how well it freezes. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004.
