HOT CRANBERRY PUNCH (crock-pot)
Servings: 10
INGREDIENTS:
4 cup Unsweetened pineapple juice
4 cup Cranberry juice
1/2 cup Packed brown sugar
1 cup Water
1 tsp Whole cloves
1 Cinnamon stick
DIRECTIONS:
Tie cloves and cinnamon stick in cheesecloth. Combine all ingredients in crock-pot. Cover and cook on Low setting for 4 to 10 hours. Serve hot, in punch cups.

HOT FRESH CRANBERRY TEA
Servings: 14
INGREDIENTS:
3 1/2 quarts water
1 (12 ounce) package cranberries
2 cups white sugar
2 oranges, juiced
2 lemons, juiced
12 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
DIRECTIONS:
In a large pot, combine water and cranberries. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Add sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, cloves and cinnamon sticks tied in cheesecloth. Cover, and steep for 1 hour. Serve hot, in mugs.
