I finally realized some ingredients were MSG in sheep's clothing when I kept eating Near East brand rice dishes and having IBS attacks even though none of the ingredients looked dangerous. I tracked down the ones I didn't recognize and - surprise - one of them was an MSG alias.

I got this from a post by Waverider on the Diet Board. I can never remember the site name, but I can always find Waverider's post easily just by searching for: bastards msg

It's always nice to have a unique keyword in your posts.
